The taste of Amritsari Chole made in the restaurant is amazing. Today we will tell you an easy recipe to make Amritsari Chole in restaurant style.
1 cup white gram, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 2 finely chopped onions, 7 to 8 cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, 2 long chopped green chillies, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 1 large cardamom, 1 tsp cumin and 2 bay leaves .
To make Amritsari Chole, first soak the gram in water for 6 hours and then put it in the pressure cooker.
Now put two and a half cups of water, 1 big cardamom, clove, bay leaf, sweet soda, tea bag and salt in a pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle.
When the onion starts turning brown, add all the spices and salt to it. Roast the spices for some time and after that add kasoori fenugreek and finely chopped tomatoes and make gravy.
